Achieve the eligible target.
Meet the account’s target while satisfying all applicable trading and evaluation rules. Reaching a displayed target alone does not establish refund approval.
Ask for an eligibility review.
Use in-app support to confirm the request procedure. Keep your account details, payment reference and target-completion record ready; never send your password.
Receive the review outcome.
The applicable plan terms determine the refundable amount, exclusions, payment method and processing time. Confirm these with support before paying.
